In the lower part there is a bedroom with a double bed separated by a decorative wall on one side and on the other side is a living room with a sofa bed and kitchen and a toilet with a shower. There are 2 more beds in the above-ground spacious balcony gallery. Kitchen is fully equipped including a fridge, electric kettle and microwave. In front of the entrance there is a spacious terrace with a large sun umbrella for outdoor seating and beautiful views of the Punat harbor. Max. number of persons: 2 + 2 + 1

APARTMENTS number 3 a 4

These are studio apartments with an area of approximately 38 m2. On one side there is a double bed and on the other side unfoldable sofa bed, a kitchen and a toilet with a shower. Kitchen is fully equipped including a refrigerator, electric kettle and microwave (ap. 3) or a classic oven (ap. 4). In front of the entrances there is a spacious roofed terrace for outdoor seating overlooking Punat Harbor. This terrace is directly linked to another uncovered large terrace suitable for large seating of more people. Max. number of persons: 2+2

APARTMENT number 6

It is a classic one-room apartment with an area of approximately 45 m2. There is a fully separated bedroom with a classic double bed. The living room is further equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a toilet with a shower. In front of the entrance there is a bright shady sitting. Max. number of persons: 2+2
